Dave entered the accountancy profession from university and qualified in 1980. As a corporate finance and tax partner Dave was originally based in the London office but transferred in 2004 to the Kent practice in direct response to continued growth and demand for their specialist services in corporate finance. Dave has many years experience advising on corporate finance and tax issues and his in-depth knowledge has guided clients ranging from public companies through to small private companies. Dave acts as part time Finance Director for a client and has been on Horwath Clark Whitehill’s Executive Board as well as managing partner of the Firm’s London office. He is a member of the ICAEW and is a qualified Corporate Finance practitioner.
