The Employers' Advisory Group (EAG) is a dedicated unit established to provide services on all aspects of employee taxation and remuneration planning. A former Inspector of Taxes, David has over 25 years of experience specialising in PAYE, National Insurance and benefit-related matters. He regularly advises clients and provides a telephone 'hotline' service for clients who need urgent advice on employment-related issues. David is well known outside of Horwath Clark Whitehill as co-author of Gees A to Z of Benefit and Expenses and regularly lectures on the subject. He is also the partner in charge of our National Tax Investigation Group which, among other things, handles PAYE and National Insurance inspections.
