George has led the Corporate Finance division in the UK since its formation in 1992. George has over 20 years experience in providing a broad range of corporate finance services to companies of all sizes in both the quoted and private sector. His experience includes the raising of venture and development capital, debt and equity fund raising, management buy outs and buy ins, divestitures and advisory services in respect of corporate acquisitions. Recently George has been providing services to companies in the healthcare and media sectors but he also has significant experience in retail and engineering. George is a member of HCW's National Executive and is also the London Office managing Partner.
