Jacob has been a partner since 2001 and heads up the Manchester office Personal Financial Planning department. He joined the firm in 2001 following a merger with a local accountancy firm, where he had been a partner since 1986. He specialises in the planning aspects of private client work, with a strong focus on Personal Tax and Financial Planning for high net worth individuals. Jacob is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser, Trusts & Estates Practitioner and a Certified Financial Planner. His rare blend of skills and experience enables him to provide his clients with a comprehensive, proactive and imaginative approach to financial planning. Jacob enjoys helping his clients to develop, formulate, implement and monitor their lifelong financial plans which are designed to achieve their goals and objectives. Using detailed cash flow modelling and 'what-if' scenario analysis, he assists clients in reorganising their finances and in taking long-term strategic decisions.
