Jeffrey qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Big 4 firm in 1988. He then moved to an international bank where he stayed for three years gaining experience in due diligence and investigations, before joining a medium sized accountancy firm as a forensics and investigations partner. Jeffrey set up his own boutique forensics and litigation support practice in London in 1997, which was merged into a national firm in 2005. Jeffrey joined Horwath Clark Whitehill from his previous firm in September 2009. His practice specialises in litigation support, both commercial and criminal, dispute resolution, regulatory and other financial investigations, financial quantum and business and asset valuations. Jeffrey has been involved in more than 500 claims and disputes. He has produced some 400 Expert Reports in addition to numerous advisory reports in connection with non-litigious matters. He has also given evidence in various Courts and tribunals, including the High Court, as an Expert Witness on 35 occasions. He has written articles and presented papers at seminars and conferences and to practising professionals in continuing education on many topics. Jeffrey was educated at St Paul's School and Cambridge University where he read Classics and Law. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales where he has served on the Steering Committee of the Litigation Support Group of the General Practitioner Board, and sits on the panel of the President's appointments scheme for valuers, arbitrators and adjudicators. He is a Member of the Academy of Experts.
