Keith is the Managing Partner of the Kent office. He started his professional career based in the London office where he qualified in 1980 and in 1988 transferred to Kent to set up the Maidstone office with his colleague Mike Subert. Keith specialises in advising clients in relation to acquisitions, expansion and raising of finance where appropriate. His clients cover a wide range of corporate bodies from publicly listed companies to sole traders and he has particular expertise in the food and construction industries. His business philosophy is to match the firm’s high technical standards to sensible commercial business advice. Keith is a member of the firm’s Supervisory Board.
