Having trained at a small firm in Derby, Mark then joined the Tax Department of a Big 4 practice in Nottingham as a corporate tax specialist. In 1986 he became the tax manager at Horwath Clark Whitehill LLP in Cheltenham and was subsequently made a partner in 1990. Mark has considerable experience in dealing with both corporate and private clients – particularly Family and Owner Managed Businesses; high net worth individuals; professional partnerships and Lloyd’s underwriters. Mark is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
