Mark qualified as an insolvency practitioner with a 'big four' practice in 1994, having been engaged full-time on recovery and insolvency assignments since 1986. He became a partner in a top ten accountancy firm and moved to Horwath Clark Whitehill in 2009 to head up the Recovery Solutions division. His experience ranges from dealing with family managed companies and unincorporated entities to PLCs and larger corporates. He has also advised individuals and partnerships throughout his career, and continues to be very much hands on in assisting companies and individuals in avoiding formal insolvency. Mark is a fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and The Association of Business Recovery Professionals 'R3'. |
