Nigel is a partner specialising in the taxation of companies and their shareholders. His clients include several major UK listed companies as well as a number of smaller quoted and family owned businesses. He acts as an external tax adviser to tax directors of several major companies. Specialisms include the common law tax principles of business taxation, corporate restructuring and the taxation aspects of cross border business and financing transactions. Nigel is a member of the Horwath International Tax Committee.
