David leads our Corporate Group in London and specialises in the taxation of companies and their shareholders in particular multinational and quoted groups. His background is in corporate and international tax, corporate finance and cross border deal structuring and M&A. He has particular expertise in structuring international groups, tax incentives for shareholders, planning for growth, acquisitions and divestments and helping clients maximise their wealth. David is a member of the QCA tax committee, working for the needs of quoted companies outside the FTSE 350. His particular industry expertise lies in mining & minerals, hotels leisure & tourism, telecommunications, software & IT, media & advertising.
