Pat is Chairman of the Midlands practice, having previously held senior posts as Midlands Senior Partner at a mid-tier firm and Strategic Director at a leading Black Country law firm. Pat heads up Corporate Finance in the Midlands. She is well known in the Midlands Corporate Finance community and has been an active adviser for many years, formerly in the listed company arena but latterly in the private sector. She adopts a common sense approach to all of her transactions. Pat specialises in a wide range of corporate finance transactions including: Management buy-outs, Management buy-ins, acquisitions, sales of companies, mergers, group reorganisations and fund raising, mainly for the SME and owner-managed business, dealing with both UK and International buyers and sellers of businesses. Her experience covers a wide variety of sectors including manufacturing, distribution and IPR led businesses. Pat is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and has an advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance. |
