Paul is a Corporate Tax Partner in our London office. Paul advises clients ranging from privately owned businesses through to the tax departments of quoted multi nationals. Paul’s main focus is on advisory work for larger corporates, covering transfer pricing, cross border tax planning and tax efficient structuring of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, demergers, flotations and reorganisations. Paul also has wide experience of negotiating with the UK Revenue on contentious issues. Paul has contributed a number of tax articles to external and in-house publications.
