Peter has experience in a broad range of corporate finance services and has advised companies in a number of diverse sectors. Clients have included both small and medium sized privately owned companies and substantial public companies. Peter and his team have worked on a number of cross border transactions, including transactions involving companies with operations in the US, China, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Malaysia, Romania, Russia, Spain, Turkey and other territories. Peter has provided clients with a range of due diligence and investigation services including pre acquisition due diligence, pre lending and viability reviews for banks, pre investment due diligence for financial institutions and assignments for different government departments. This experience has included Reporting Accountant responsibilities on a number of transactions including IPOs on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange, AIM and other public markets plus transaction support on acquisitions, reverse takeovers and other public circulars. Peter has experience in a diverse cross section of industries including vehicle parts, specialty chemicals, property, publishing, food manufacturing, recruitment, real estate agencies, lighting products, auto dealerships, oil & gas, manufacturing, financial services and many others. Peter is a member of the firm's Supervisory Board.
