Richard primarily works with larger corporates and owner-managed businesses. He has been a member of the firm's national audit and accounting technical department and has used his experience from this role to deal with his clients' financial reporting issues. Richard's portfolio includes companies and groups operating both in the UK and internationally and he is a member of the firm's Listed Clients Group. Richard also has a growing portfolio of clients in the healthcare sector, particularly in retail pharmacy. The retail pharmacy sector continues to be turbulent from a financial point of view and Richard and his team have focussed on helping clients through the impact of clawbacks via Category M as well as assisting with acquisitions and disposals, profit extraction and improvements to management systems. Richard is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales' (ICAEW's) Healthcare Group. |
