Sean Wakeman is one of our two tax investigations partners. He specialises in all aspects of tax investigations and compliance matters, negotiates settlements with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and works in conjunction with members of the accountancy and legal professions on cases involving serious fraud and potential prosecution.

Sean left HMRC's Special Civil Investigations team with eight years of tax investigation experience but since leaving HMRC in 1995 has been defending clients ever since.
