Neil is a tax partner in the Cheltenham office and he joined the firm in 1986. He has special responsibility for providing business/personal and trust tax planning advice. He spends the majority of his time advising clients on remuneration planning, structuring sales and acquisitions and capital tax planning. He led the campaign challenging HMRC on behalf of taxpayers who received a bonus from the C&G take-over by Lloyds TSB. His successful contention resulted in taxpayers saving approximately £100million as it set a precedent for this and other similar cases. Neil had his own editorial column giving tax advice in the Sunday Telegraph.

Mike is an audit partner in the Cheltenham office and is the office Managing Partner. Mike has extensive practical experience in servicing owner-managed businesses. A key provider of strategic planning services using the Mindshop technique pioneered in Australia, Mike is frequently involved as a facilitator with clients to use this system. Mike is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Martin is an audit partner in the Cheltenham office and he joined the firm in 1987. He is head of the Audit and Business Services Department within the office. Martin’s client portfolio is representative of the firm’s niche markets, as he deals with family & owner-managed Businesses, Professional Practices, and not for profit organisations. Martin is a specialist in due diligence work for acquisitions and mergers.

Stewart worked in Horwath Clark Whitehill's London Office for 14 years before relocating to Cheltenham in 2004. He has extensive experience of audit and business services for family owner-managed businesses, corporates and professional practices. Stewart was promoted to Audit Partner in 2005. Having been involved in the audits of clients across a wide spectrum he is now responsible for a portfolio of clients which includes limited liability partnerships, owner-managed businesses and other partnerships.
