AAF 01/06 Reports

Trustees of pension schemes need to review regularly the internal control reports received from their service providers as part of their risk management procedures.

We act as Reporting Accountants for Pension Scheme Administrators that are preparing Assurance Reports on internal controls of service organisations made available to third parties under the guidance AAF 01/06.

The AAF 01/06 guidance issued by the Audit and Assurance faculty of the ICAEW improves the level of assurance that trustees can take from such reports and also helps them compare the relative performance of service providers in the same sector.
