Our specialist team has hands-on experience from holding senior management positions within our own practice as well as advising a broad cross section of professional clients on key strategic issues.  We are able to provide practical advice with the benefit of our own and our clients’ experiences.

• assisting with conversion to LLP – including reviewing LLP agreements and assessing the impact that conversion will have on the practice and on the statutory accounts produced in accordance with the LLP SORP
