Richard Baker , Partner Richard primarily works with larger corporates and owner-managed businesses. He has been a member of the firm's national audit and accounting technical department and has used his experience from this role to deal with his clients' financial reporting issues. Richard's portfolio includes companies and groups operating both in the UK and internationally and he is a member of the firm's Listed Clients Group. Richard also has a growing portfolio of clients in the healthcare sector, particularly in retail pharmacy. The retail pharmacy sector continues to be turbulent from a financial point of view and Richard and his team have focussed on helping clients through the impact of clawbacks via Category M as well as assisting with acquisitions and disposals, profit extraction and improvements to management systems. Richard is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales' (ICAEW's) Healthcare Group. |

Helen Drew, Partner Helen heads up the Midlands Not for Profit specialism; a niche for the whole firm and she also specialises in Professional Practices. Helen heads up Practice Assurance in the national firm, which has a particular emphasis on quality. The high level of technical skill required enables her to give advice to the firm’s international and national clients. Helen was Chairman of the Worcester Group of Chartered Accountants and continues to be an active committee member both in Worcester and Birmingham to promote the profession. Helen is a member of the Practice Assurance Committee for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |

Johnathan Dudley, Partner Johnathan is the Managing Partner of the Midlands Practice and heads up the Midlands Professional Practices Group, a specialism for the whole firm. Johnathan provides specialist business and strategic advice across a wide range of commercial, manufacturing and professional services businesses. He is an accredited Mindshop facilitator, which enables him to add real value to his clients and more latterly to advise businesses outside of his client base.
