Nicola joined the London office in April 2009 as a corporate advisory partner. Nicola is a well-established corporate financier with over ten years’ experience providing lead advisory services to a wide variety of quoted and private companies. Her experience includes advising on public offers (both advising the offeror and Rule 3 advice), the raising of debt, development and venture capital, private company acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts and AIM admissions. Prior to her career in corporate finance, Nicola worked in the publishing industry for six years and her media background has led to her advising on a number of transactions in the publishing, television and entertainment sectors. Before joining Horwath Clark Whitehill, Nicola was previously Head of Media at a top ten accountancy practice but has also advised companies in a variety of sectors including property, business support services and food manufacturing.
