Horwath Clark Whitehill was established in the City of London in October 1982 following a merger between Clark Pixley and Fryer Whitehill & Co to become Clark Whitehill. These predecessor firms have a history dating back to 1843. In 1994, Clark Whitehill became the UK representative of Horwath International and later changed its name to Horwath Clark Whitehill.
Horwath Clark Whitehill moved to its current location at St Bride's House in Salisbury Square in October 2004.
