Geert has specialised in corporate finance work since 1998 and has a wide variety of experience having handled a number of high profile assignments including sale mandates, corporate acquisitions, MBO’s and MBI’s. Geert has also extensive experience in transaction support, including flotations and subsequent public fund raisings, vendor due diligence, private equity investigations and other acquisition due diligence assignments. Geert joined Horwath Clark Whitehill as a partner in 2007 to strengthen its national corporate finance team and to further its contact base both within the UK and overseas. Prior to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Geert was lecturing at the University of Wales where he obtained an MBA and a PhD. Geert is a fluent Dutch speaker and is a member of the ICAEW. |
